Hi would like to follow-up on the action taken by the ERC on the January 2020 pass through charge by FLECO which affected 60,000 customets in Laguna. They bill the customers as Municipal Tax which actually their unpaid RPT tax for 10 years.

Based on the ERC Resolution Series 20 of 2009. Section 4.6.1.

Which states that only the immediate prior year tax may be recovered but they actually tax the consumers with the 10 years RPT back taxes which they pass through the consumers.
