Dear Mr. Paul Eric,

This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2022 System Loss for Philippine Distribution Utilities (Private and EC).

It has been observed that there has been an inconsistency with the title/subject, the coverage period, and the content of the request.  In this regard, may we seek clarification if you're requesting the system loss data of DUs for the year 2022 or if it is for the year 2021? 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 09, 2023, your request will be closed.
