I refer to my letter of Jun 02, 2023  about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Study of the effect of fuel cost on the generation rate.

Our response to your request is due on June 14, 2023.

Please be informed, however, that it is necessary to extend the period for consideration of your request by 5 working days from June 14, 2023 due to the  data being requested is not readily available and need to be collated.
