Hi. May I request for a copy of "Annex J" of ERC Decision on ERC Case No. 2014-001 PRES?

Such Annex J is mentioned as the commercial pilot test result, showing positive customer feedback of the MERALCO Prepaid Electricity Service Program (PRES).

I will be using the said test result in my on-going research paper on MERALCO's implementation of the PRES.
