May I request for data on the system loss rate for the NCR in 2021? This will be used for the GHG inventory of our agency.

Dear Rogelio Guaring II,

I refer to your letter of Feb 21, 2022 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request on data for the system loss rate for NCR for 2021.

The ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain the ff.:

1. Details of the requesting party such as name, contact information, affiliation, company or organization;
2. Proof of identification (government issued ID with photo)
