I would like to request the franchise agreement you have for Iselco II serving the City of Ilagan, Isabela. Specifically want to know when their franchise expires.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we are of the opinion that your requested information is lodged with the National Electrification Administration (NEA), which issued the exclusive franchise of ISELCO II to operate an electric light and power service in some of the municipalities of the Province of Isabela.
