Good day! I would like to request the available data regarding:

1. List of distribution utilities in the philippines.

Dear Jarod,

I refer to your letter on Oct 21, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for "List of Distribution Utilities in the Philippines."

However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).

In this regard, to proceed with your request, we have noted that your Student ID's information is not current (AY 2019-2020). Kindly provide a copy of your Student ID displaying the most recent Academic Year or furnish us a valid government-issued ID here at the FOI portal, or submit via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 15, 2024, your request will be closed.
