Hi eFOI!
I'm writing to ask for a shapefile that shows the areas the distribution utility serves in Mindanao – starting from region 9, 10, 11, 12, CARAGA, and ARMM.

We need this map for a thesis to understand the distribution of services in the region. Could you please share the shapefile and any information that goes with it?

Your help with this would be fantastic. Thanks a lot!
