Hi! I would like to request for the annual report for Zamsureco 1 and Zamsureco 2. Requesting for year 2020, 2021, and 2022. 

I would also like to request for the financial statements below: 

1. Income Statement
2. Cashflow Statement
3. Balance Sheet 

The above request is for Zamsureco 1 and Zamsureco 2. For year 2020, 2021 and 2022.

I refer to my letter of Jul 06, 2023  about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requesting Annual Report.

However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a government-issued ID with photo.

In this regard, you may attach your proof of identification (government issued ID with photo) here at the FOI portal, or submit via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 18, 2023, your request will be closed.
