Dear Aileen Vergara,

I refer to my letter of Jul 06, 2023 12:27:11 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for inventory of pesticide used and volume consumption of each pesticide in the Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We only have data on the volume of pesticide importation by brand, the number of registered pesticides, and the number of licensed pesticide handlers.  We do not have particular data on pesticide consumption use in the country. Please advise if you still need the data that we have. I would like to know the statistical data on pesticide use in the country. I was informed by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority Regional Office 6 that the data is available only at the main office of FPA.

Is this request offensive?
