I am Alyza Marie Tarrazona, a third-year student taking BS in Information Technology, is conducting a thesis entitled "Insect Pest Identification App with Prescribed Pesticide in Rice Fields using Single Shot Detector Mobilenet Model on Deep Learning" 
I am writing this message to humbly request from your department a data on pesticide that eliminate each specific insect pest in rice fields that are approved and recommended by Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA). 
I assure you that the information gathered will be used solely for thesis purposes only. Thank you!
