Good day,

In view of your request, kindly see attached file for the list of licensed manufacturers and processors in the country, as of September 2020. 

Per FPA's Fertilizer Regulatory Policies and Implementing Guidelines (Bluebook), please be guided on the following terms for manufacturer and processors.

Manufacturer – any person engaged in fertilizer operations through the conversion of raw materials into a finished fertilizer product.

Processor – any person engaged in the fertilizer operations through a series of mechanical operations to alter the physical form of raw materials from mining or mineral deposits into a finished product readily available as a plant nutrient  

As we are currently updating the list of handlers, we will email you the updated list once it is available.
