1. Copy of resolutions/regulations pertaining to e-sports
2. No. of license applicants - (a) Total; (b) Per category - promoter, team manager, team trainer, player, liaison officer, analyst; (c) Age, gender & nationality
3. No. of granted licenses (as stated in #2)
4. No. of licenses revoked and reasons for revokation
5. No. of tournaments regulated by GAB
6. Total revenue of GAB from e-sports
7. No. of Authorities to Travel Issued, what competition abroad and to whom it was issued (age, gender & nationality)

Your Request

You asked for E-Sports Regulations and Statistics.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose copies of the information you requested. The GAB Professional Basketball and Other Pro-Games Division which handles Esports provided the following:
1. Resolution pertaining to Esports
2. No. of license applicants per category, age, gender and nationality
3. No. of granted licenses (included in the summary of revenue-Esports regulations and statistics)
4. No. of tournaments (included in the summary of revenue categorized as "Permits"-Esports regulations and statistics)
5. Revenue from Esports
6. No. of Issued Authorities to Travel
With regard to no. of licenses revoked, there have been no records of revocation of esports license from 2017 until present, as per report of GAB Professional Basketball and Other Pro-Games Division.
