Hi. Would like to request the following:
1. Copy of GAB Reso No. 2017-21, & any other regulation pertaining to eSports
2. Basic statistics:
a. No. of license applicants (total; per category - promoter, security, medical, team manager, team trainer, player, liaison officer, analyst; age; sex)
b. No. of granted licenses (as above)
c. No. of tournament permits applied for and granted (total and prize pool brackets)
d. Total revenue of GAB from (1) gross gate receipts, (2) media rights
e. No. of Authorities to Travel issued, and for which competitions abroad

Thank you for your request dated Oct 17, 2018 06:28:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for eSports regulations (GAB Reso No. 2017-21) and Basic Statistics.

We received your request on Oct 17, 2018 06:28:33 PM and upon receipt of such request, we have referred to the appropriate parties the documents you requested from us, to wit, Resolution and other regulations, pertaining to esports, as well as Basic Statistics. 

We have consolidated all data that our agency have about esports and the following are what we can provide you: 

1) Copy of GAB Reso No. 2017-21, & any other regulation pertaining to eSports (i.e., Latest Resolution No. 2018-15); and, 

2) Basic statistics, such as: a) No. of license applicants - total, per category; b) No. of granted licenses (as above); c) No. of tournament permits applied for and granted; d) Total revenue of GAB from gross gate receipts; 
e) No. of Endorsements for Travel Abroad issued.

Meantime, I am referring you to our agency's FOI designated decision-maker with regard to the official approval of the release of such documents  mentioned above.
