Thank you for your request dated Nov 10, 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Registered Cockpit at San Pascual, Masbate.

Response to your request

First of all, may we inform you that it is only this month that we were put onboard in, and hence we are able to access the Freedom of Information (FOI) portal, hence it is only this month that we are able to attend to your request.  

In any case, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the documents you are requesting us.

in 2009, pursuant to Rule 37, Article 58 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9470, which states that "All public  records which are in or shall come into the possession of any government agency or political subdivision shall, upon abolition and/or absorption of such agency, be transferred to the custody of the National Archives of the Philippines xxx".

You have the right to request a review or reconsideration.  Then you may ask this from The Game and Amusements Board (GAB) Chairman, Abraham Kahlil B. Mitra, with address at 2nd Flr. Legaspi Towers 200, Paseo de Roxas Makati City. 
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
