You asked for Medical Records of Current Professional Filipino Boxers in Metro Manila.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. You may visit our Medical Section during office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm to conduct your research on our medical records regarding your study on eye injuries. Please call our Medical Section at telephone no. 8 -812-1505 for your intended schedule for the research.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
