Hi,

Good day! 

When the CPCS took effect on October 2021, I was still an employee of the Development Bank of the Philippines. However, I resigned effective June 30, 2022. 

DBP only received its Authority to Implement (ATI) on March 2023. 

Hence, this request on information on whether I am still entitled to receive salary differential from DBP for the period October 2021 to June 2022 should DBP implement the CPCS?
