A Pleasant Day! I would just like to make clarification on the implementation of the CPCS under EO 150, particularly on Section 13 relative to early retirement which provides that "GCG has the authority to grant early retirement incentive to officers and employees who voluntarily elect to be retired..."  There are employees from our agency who would like to avail of the retirement voluntarily due to various reasons.  My personal reason was displacement due to abolition of the group were my plantilla position is lodged. Under the said circumstances, can GCG grant an option for ERI?
