We would like a clarification on the implementation of the CPCS rates.

We were authorized for CPCS category 2 tier 4, and was previously implementing SSL IV rates.

In Item 22 of the published FAQs, it is stated that the basis shall be the 4th tranche of SSL of 2019 (SSL V)

But in the IRR, it states that the adjustments shall be based on the actual monthly salary (only SSL IV is implemented)

Ex: employee of a GOCC under category 2 tier 4 with SG 16:

Current MBS (SSL IV): 33,584
SSL V Rate: 39,672
New JG: 10
Step 1: 39456
Step 2: 40590

Which step rate shall be followed?
