Good day Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask for an update regarding the CPCS IRR? Last Oct 4, 2021 PRRD issued an executive order (EO 150 )  appproving the CPCS for all GOCCS and GFIs, its almost 90 days po and we are still awaiting for the IRR,  I hope you can give me the latest update.
