Hi:

Good day!

I would like to request for the status of the implementation of E.O. 150, in relation to the approved CPCS. 

The order has taken effect on October 1, 2021, following its publication with the official Gazette. Under the order, the GCG shall issue an authorization within 90 days to the GOCCS allowing the GOCCs to apply the CPCS in their respective agency. 

However, 90 days have passed but the GCG did not gave an update on the status thereof, most especially the issuance of its IRR. 

Thus, all of the GOCCs are in dire situation because the election ban is approaching.
