Good day,

It is said in the EO 150 that after 90 days, GCG will have to report to OP of the updates on the implementation of the CPCS. Now that GCG only have more or less 30 days to complete preparation of the CPCS prior to the reportorial requirement, is there a timetable for the issuance of the 1. CPCS IRR; and 2. GCG Authorization to GOCCs and GFIs given that as of date of writing, we haven't heard of any published IRR or issued GCG authorization from any GOCC? What will GCG report to the OP if there is no concrete development yet with regard to CPCS implementation?
