E.O. 150 s. 2021 authorizes the grant of hazard pay to GOCC employees. We have chemical laboratories in SRA and hazard pays are granted only to those who are qualified under R.A. 10657 and R.A. 8439 under which, unfortunately, our Science Aides/Laboratory Aides, who are exposed to toxic chemical hazards do not qualify. CPCS Circ. 2021-004 further authorizes the hazard pay grant but the conditions set are only for those in strife-torn or embattled areas. Are there any other issuances granting the hazard pay to employees such as those mentioned? If not, can we request that one be issued? Thank y
