Hi! I would like to request the list of personnel covered by the rules on Hazard pay of the CPCS. Our agency have laboratories, we have Science Aides and Laboratory Technician, who are not covered by RA 8439. We would like to know if the working environment they are in is covered by the rules on Hazard Pay.
