Hi! I would like to request the following information for the period of 2018 to 2021. The GOCCs to be included are only those that are still active as of 2023.

1. Each GOCC’s board members, specifically:
a) Their names;
b) Their positions;
c) Their director status indicating whether they are an independent director or executive director (executive director, i.e., a director who is responsible for an administrative task in the firm’s daily routines while being a board member; a director who is also employed in the company and is involved in its day-to-day management)

Hello! If it's alright, I would like to modify my request a little bit to hopefully make this request less tedious. However, if these modifications reset the 15-working-day deadline, please dismiss this modification entirely. 

Instead of listing down the names of each GOCC's board members and their positions, I instead just need the actual number of board members seated per year (not the number of board seats, as this has been clarified to me that it does not change unless there is an amendment to the GOCC's charter), as well as the number of independent non-executive and executive directors among said members. 

My modified request is hereby as follows:

1. Each GOCC’s board members, specifically:
a) The number (amount) of board members seated; 
b) The number (amount) of independent non-executive directors; and
c) The number (amount) of executive directors (executive director, i.e., a director who is responsible for an administrative task in the firm’s daily routines while being a board member; a director who is also employed in the company and is involved in its day-to-day management)

2. Each GOCC's number of employees

The period is still 2018-2021, and the GOCCs to be included are only those listed in the file attached (44 GOCCs in total). I hope these changes make the request less difficult to complete, and thank you for the work and effort being put into these requests.
