it's been a decade now since the GCG collaborated with Willis Tower Watsons for the creation of CPCS for the GOCCs. on 2016 the GCG proposed the 1st developed CPCS, but it was halted by the President because it is not acceptable by the most employees of the GOCCs.

it is now 2021, 5 years ago and still no developed cpcs has been approved and presented to the Office of the President.

ar we just wasting Taxpayers money in employing the service of GCG and Willis Towers Watsons? as a Taxpayers, we want to know how much that we already spend for this CPCS to be developed as of today?
