CPCS DIFFERENTIAL OF DBP RESIGNED EMPLOYEES AFTER RECEIPT OF AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT

Requested from GCG by D. Tadea at 01:40 PM on Oct 26, 2023.
Purpose: Freedom of Information
Date of Coverage: 10/05/2021 - 04/30/2023

Tadea 01:40 PM, Oct 26, 2023

Good day!

When the CPCS took effect on October 2021, I was still an employee of the Development Bank of the Philippines. DBP received its Authority to Implement (ATI) on March 15, 2023. I tendered my resignation with the bank effective April 30, 2023.

As of the moment, DBP has not yet released the CPCS differential of employees who have resigned after March 15, 2023 (or after DBP received the ATI). In this regard, I would like to clarify on whether employees who resigned after DBP received its ATI is entitled to the CPCS salary differential?

Thank you.

Respectfully Yours,
Dana Mae Tadea
