SO GCG, WHAT HAPPEN WITH YOUR PROPOSE CPCS TO THE PRESIDENT?? WITH THE COMING ELECTION BAN, WHAT IS YOUR PLAN B IF THE PRESIDENT DIDN'T AGREE WITH YOUR PROPOSED SALARY STRUCTURE?

WE ARE IN PUZZLE ON WHY THE PRESIDENT IS NOT SIGNING YOUR PROPOSE CPCS UNTIL NOW, IS IT BECAUSE THE RATE OF SALARY FOR EXECUTIVES ARE TOO HIGH AS COMPARED TO THOSE WITH LOCAL OR NATIONAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE? 

BOTTOM LINE, THE RANK AND FILE ARE SUFFERING BECAUSE THE MALACANANG IS HALTING YOUR PROPASAL TO OUR MEAGER SALARY INCREASE.

YOU ARE 10 YEARS IN EXISTENCE, BUT STILL UNDER DELIVERED TO YOUR MANDATE.
