You asked for List of Financially Independent GOCCs and its budget process system.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially granted. A copy of the list of financially independent GOCCs is attached herein and was emailed to you last 01 June 2020.

Please note that we are only able to provide the above-mentioned information as the we do not have in our custody any information pertaining to the budget process of financially independent GOCCs. We, however, deemed it more appropriate to refer the same to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) .
