We seek to clarify IRR of EO 150:
Scenario:
Current Salary = 60,000
CPCS salary JG 12(step 1)* = 82,381
 *based on ATI issued for Tier 3
I am in a GOCC with its own compen system. A  Division Chief for 8 years with no movement prior to CPCS.
The IRR 2021-01 on compen system No. 5, 5.5 states that "xxx an employee's service in the GOCC prior to implementation of the CPCS shall be counted". Does this mean that  my salary should be JG 12 step 3 (considering my 2 level step for my 8 years in the position)?Not the step 1 above?
Can u give scenario on this section incase our assumption is incorrect?
