dear administrator;

1. last november 2021, your authorized agent dean alfred narra called me and persuaded me to acquire 97 digital copies of various literary articles from your publication and promised to send the details of copyright authority transfer to me;
2. to this date, he blocked my account and i could not reach out even his personal number;
3. i've paid 35,000 pesos equivalent to 700usd in cash via courier at 1610 Watsons, jp laurel, manila; received personally;
4. i demand that such licenses be given asap  once the receipt and authority is approved thru ianw204762@gmail.com
