Stunningly & confusingly, U.P.'s Sentro ng Wika just denied association with diksiyonaryo.ph, as per #UPD-221980562519.

I don't know what to make of it. Can I get more clarification on diksiyonaryo.ph, its K.W.F.-announcements cited in my end F.O.I.-request, and the new the newer kwfdiksiyonaryo.ph, please? I'm confused, so any help would be appreciated.
