By virtue of FOI and by the Constitution on the Bill of rights SECTION 7. The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law. 

I would like to have a verified copy of the total computed/summary of absences and tardiness of the said personnel on the dates stated above.

Hindi maibibigay ang hiling na dokumento dahil kumpedensiyal ang “DTR filed by Ma. Cristina Pangan” at “verified copy of the total computed/summary of abscences and tardiness of the said personnel on the dates stated above.”  Bahagi ito ng 201 file ng empleado at hindi pampublikong dokumento.
