Good day! We are researchers from PUP Main Branch and would like to request data on the following:

1. 500 patients (without names or personal information) with lung cancer, particularly squamous cell lung cancer, with their
- age and sex
- smoking status (active or not active)
- Exposure to secondhand smoke (yes or no)
- Occupational Exposure (Y/N)
- Family History (Y/N)
- Chronic diseases (Y/N)
- Fatigue (Y/N)
- coughing (Y/N)
- difficulty swallowing (Y/N)

2. 200 CT scan images of patients diagnosed with squamous cell lung cancer and 100 non-lung cancer patients

Thank you for your request dated Nov 20, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Squamous Cell Lung Carcinoma patients with specific information and their CT scans.

We received your request on Nov 20, 2023 and will respond on or before Dec 11, 2023 07:20:14 PM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.

For 500 patients with lung cancer, particularly squamous cell lung cancer kindly send your request to the Chief of Medical Records, Registries and Library Division, Lung Center of the Philippines, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

For the 200 scan images of patients diagnosed with squamous cell lung cancer and 100 non-cancer please address your request to the Chief of CT Scan Section, Radiology Department of same address.
