- Services offered by the Lung Center of the Philippines
- Possible plans or proposal of regional expansions, preferably in CALABARZON or Southern Tagalog (if any)

Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Research Gathering for the Proposal of a Lung Center Extension.

For top leading respiratory diseases based on morbidity and mortality rate for 2018-2023 and for the outpatient and inpatient annual data for 2023 please send your letter of request to the Chief of Medical Records, Registries and Library Division, Lung Center of the Philippines, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
For hospital bed capacity and services offered by the LCP lease send your request to the Chief of Patient Business Division of same address.
For the enrollment rate of pulmonary fellowship trainess 2018-2023 please send your request to the Manager of Pulmonary Critical and Sleep Medicine Dpet.
For possible plans or proposal of regional expansions, kindly send your request to the Manager of Thoracic Surgery and Anesthesia Dept., assigned in the regular meeting on regional expansions.

Your Request
You asked for Research Gathering for the Proposal of a Lung Center Extension.
Please write a formal letter using the letterhead of the institution or agency you are coming from and include in the letter the head of your institution and send it to the areas identified by the receiving officer initially sent to you. Take note also that a formal letter need to be send via courier to Lung Center of the Philippines.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing an email to avelino.dechavez@lcp.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
