Hi! I'm Mr. Balote, 5th Year BS Architecture in Technological Institute of the Philippines-Q.C., and i am currently conducting my final Thesis named "National Childhood Cancer Institute". LCP serves as a primary basis for my proposal's framework, highlighting its relevance to the research.

So, I would like to request for an information or a copy of its;

1. Latest Post-occupancy evaluation of the facility
2. Patient and Staff satisfaction rating
3. Floor plans

Rest assured, all information you will provide in my request will be kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes.
