I am an OFW bound for Saudi Arabia. I would like to request for a peer review of DOH comittee of my xray results from Lung Center of the Philippines that my clinic (Saint Peter-Paul Medical Clinic) does not want to accept and issue a unFit to Work certificate although Lung Center already gave me a clearance and a Fit to Work Certificate.

My concern is about the Fit-to Work Medical Certificate issued to me by Lung Center and submitted to my agency clinic the St. Peter-Paul Medical Clinic, but they refused to accept and make stand on their decision to give me an Unfit-to-Work even though I passed a series of test from Lung Center such as Skin Test, Sputum Test and X-ray.
