Scope: Laguna cities and municipalities: 
San Pedro		Sta. Rosa		San Pablo		
Sta. Cruz		Los Baños		Calamba
If these are not available, Region IV-A CALABARZON regional type of data will do.

Any data about infrastructure sector if any of the following are not available:
- total number of infrastructure establishments
- total number of residential houses
- total number of business permits
