Hi, I would to verify if the TD NO. 0004-0361 located in Brgy. Burgos San Antonio Zambales with Property Identification No. 016-08-0004-048-19 is currently owned by Mr. Nemesio V. Manalo. 

This property is for sale and I am interested in buying it.
