Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 31, 2020 10:06:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for LAND VERIFICATION AND RELOCATION.

Response to Request

Please proceed to the Bureau of Lands/DENR as they may have the data that you need. However, as to Lot Verification, there are 2 requirements which again would come from the Bureau of Lands/DENR and must be certified true copy, thus:
1. Cadastral Map; and
2. Narrative Technical Description of the Lot.

As soon as you have them, please proceed to the LRA and request for Lot Verification from the One Stop Shop, Window 13 or 14. There will be payment of fees.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
