Please proceed to the DENR or Bureau of Lands of Nueva Ecija and request for that certification that you need. Or, you may try the Bureau of Lands along East Avenue, Quezon City, near Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ang request for the same.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
