This is the first time we see a townhouse property project but the title is CCT (condo) they indicated in the deed that this is a horizontal condominium, however, lot and floor is included in the total contract price and we want to verify that lot (land) will be included in ownership in the title once it's fully paid by the buyer. 

I wanted to verify because from what I know if the title is CCT then we will not be owning a lot, because condominium is a vertical building. 

The property project is Hamptons Residences Angono, Rizal by Sta Lucia Land, Inc.
