Your Request

You asked for LAND PROPERTY (TITLED/PUBLICLAND).

Response to Request

As to location, you may proceed to the Tax Mapping Office. It is located in the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where the properties are located.f

As to lot status, please proceed to the Bureau of Lands/DENR and request for the Certified true copy of the following:
1. Cadastral Map; and
2. Narrative of the Technical Description of the lot.

Then, submit them to the LRA for Lot Status.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
