Good day po. I am Mark Randell Togado po from Samar State University, currently taking my 5th year architectural thesis. My thesis topic is about designing a civic center, so knowing the process of different government agencies is important to me, as well as knowing the design of every office. I would like to request the the following:

1. Basic services process (flow chart illustration)
2. Space/Areas needed in every office or field/satellite office
2. Typical floor plan for every field/satellite office

- Depending on the volume of transaction (est. 60sqm)

3. Floor Plan
Front line services (entry, cashier, releasing)
should be in a counter infront, the rest are in the back end.
