I am the son of the title holder of this property.

Registry of Deeds for the: Province of Davao Del Norte.
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-209566

I want to verify if this land is still under my mothers name, Geraldine G. Yu Diet and to pay any fees or taxes due. Also, to verify  that the title is clean and there is no legal issue or lean, in case she decides to sell the land in the future.

Your query is being verified that the title number is still in the name of your mother Ms. Geraldine G. Yu Diet.

If you wish to have an updated copy, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere to anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Provide the following details in order to get a certified true copy

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
