Hi! We have a parcel of land that was foreclosed by rural bank for many years, but still my parents has the position and paying the taxes since 1980’s till now. We are trying now to acquire back and return the land title in our family’s name because currently the Land title is under the name of rural bank,  but unfortunately the rural bank where my parents lend the land title was burnt and they loss all there records and they permanently closed the bank in our province.
Please we need the information/details where we can process in order to transfer back the Land title in our Family’s name?
