Dear LRA,

May I request for a copy of the decision for the said Land Registry Case for validation and clarification on the encumbrances on the title of the Lot 901, Cad-290 with OCT no. 589 located at Carolina, Naga City.

This would great help for the possible settlement of both parties for the resolution of issues pertaining to the said lot.
