Hi,

My name is Richard Troy A. Colmenares and I am the Attorney-in-Fact of Roberto S. Salarda.

Mr. Salarda has been in possession of Lot 2933, OCT No. 62903, including the owner's duplicate copy of title which exists and safely kept.

Since there are land grabbers in the property who are in possession in bad faith, I would like to request for confirmation of the existence of the administrative copy of OCT No. 62903 and would like the system to flag the existence of the owner's duplicate copy of title and that the same is not lost.

By the way, Lot 2933 OCT No. 62903 is situated at Sitio Onas, Barangay Santa Cruz, San Miguel, Iloilo. My apologies for not including foregoing information. I attach herewith a copy of my SPA. Next, I will attach scanned copy of owners duplicate of title. thank you.
