Your Request

You asked for VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.

For Verification of a particular titled property, you may request a Certified True Copy in the Registry of Deeds that has jurisdiction over your property, in any Registry of Deeds or in online (ESERBISYO). Please bring a clear copy of title or tax declaration and xerox of Presenter's ID. Regarding with the Real Estate Agent, he/she needs to have an Authority to Sell or Special Power of Attorney with the effect of selling the property.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
