Hi!

My mom bought our house in 1995 and it was under Rexlon Realty Group. Thing is, they are no longer in business and we need a copy of our house's floor plan.

I've visited Registry of Deeds twice regarding this matter. On my first visit, I was advised that they process requests like mine but I had to go back due to lack of funds to pay for it. On my next visit, I was then referred to the Developer.

We just really need the copy of our house's floor plan as we may have our house renovated. I would appreciate any assistance that can be offered on my case. Thank you!

Dear Pauline Mae,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Floor Plan/Building Plan.

Response to your request

Please look at the plan number on the face of your title i.e. PSD, or (LRC) PSD, PSU, etc. Then if it is PSD, you may proceed to the DENR or Bureau of Lands and request for the PSD number as appearing on your title. If its (LRA) PSD, you may go to the LRA and request for the plan number under (LRA) PSD.

For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://pcoomaster10032017130000-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,
LRA CENTRAL - MAIN
FOI Officer
